Selling a home is stressful enough, but put Covid-19 on top of that and it's just a whole new game! Todd was great at talking me through the process, explaining comps in the area and pricing strategies, changes needed because of the shutdown, answering my (million) questions, and getting the house sold for the amount that I was hoping for.
