Todd was truly wonderful to work with. From our very first conversation he took an interest in learning about what I was looking for and in what area. Once I began looking at homes I was nervous but Todd was patient, supportive and answered alllll my questions. When it came to making an offer we discussed why and amount my be accepted over another. Not only did he answer my questions but he educated this first time home buyer on the the process, the what to expect and the "whys". As we completed one piece of the home buying process he was on to the next. I didn't know what to expect, but he did. Todd honestly paved the path to purchasing my first house. He is easy to communicate with, patient and knowledgeable!!!
