Tom and Teresa provided me with a comprehensive presentation about their firm and with the follow-on house visit, I was very comfortable with Tom's knowledge and confidence. He recommended a two-phased approach: first, through the off-market; then if there was no interest, open the sale to the general public. This made sense to me as I understood that the off-market involved serious buyers. Tom's network of realtors were informed of my new sale and, approximately two days later, we hosted two house visits. On the fifth day after notification, we received a serious offer which was negotiated to an agreeable price. Overall, I was very happy with Pileggi Realty, specifically with Tom and Teresa's professionalism, organization, accessibility, market knowledge, and friendly demeanour.
