My experience working with Toni was great. We began our home search last February and we're working with a different agent at that time. That agent on only put in offers at or above asking price and kept trying to pressure us into buying homes that just weren't a good fit for us. Then I got Toni's info from my mortgag broker. We were approved for an FHA and there were virtually no sellers accepting FHA. We had literally given up but Toni had not. She came through with sellers accepting FHA. She was always available to do showings, even on short notice and on weekends. She never tried to pressure us into a sale. She stayed on top of new listings often letting us know within hours of a home being listed. The first offer she put in on our behalf was accepted for nearly $20,000 less than the asking price! We closed on our home this past September. I would absolutely recommend her! She took a lot of the stress and pressure out of the home buying process!
