I wish I could give more than 5 stars. When we reached out to get a Market Analysis on our home, we were hoping for more of a consultation, less of a sales pitch. We were pleasantly surprised when Josiah arrived - he was prepared with SO MUCH information about the home, the neighborhood, and the market. We never felt pressured to list our home and felt like we could ask ANYTHING and get a solid answer. (We even received some solid referrals for home improvements.) I highly recommend the Sold On Toni team whether you're ready to sell or on the fence and simply need an informed "expert" opinion.

We had used Toni in the past to sell our house when we moved to Florida. She did an excellent job, so when we decided to move back again a call to Toni was the first call we made. She recommended Laura Koukos and she did an awesome job working with us. She was very patient and went to any house that we decided to see. We were in Florida still so she would do facetime with us to look at the houses. Even after we closed on the house here, she went above and beyond for us by going over and picking up our mail while we were still in Florida. My husband and I would highly recommend Toni, Laura, and the rest of the team if you want more than just a realtor! They have become much more to us; they have become friends!
