“Heather was wonderful from start to finish! She was very knowledgeable of the area and competing properties. She set realistic goals including the price that she could sell the home for. She staged the property wonderfully to maximize it's appeal. She was very systematic and level headed in contract negotiations. Bottom line is, we were so pleased that she got this property sold in January for 96% of the list price! Thanks Heather!”
