The typical home value is around $270,000, down 6.88% from last year, yet it jumped 9.31% just in the last month, while the median list price climbed 22.36% to $275,000. At the same time, homes are taking longer to sell, with median days on market up to 46, a gain of more than 31% month over month and over 35% year over year, suggesting buyers have a bit more time to decide.
Inventory is still relatively tight at 59 homes, unchanged year over year but up nearly 16% from last month, and DeKalb’s values trail DeKalb County’s typical $299,000 level.
