Inventory in Oregon, Illinois has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up nearly 20 percent year over year and months of supply at a lean 1.9. Buyer activity is also stronger than a year ago, as homes sold have increased by about 21 percent while pending sales are up nearly 40 percent.

Pricing has softened compared with last year, with the typical home value down about 7 percent year over year even as the median list price is only slightly lower.
