I was looking for an agent that was knowledgeable and personable. I wanted one that could work with me on a dual transaction sell/buy. I am a single guy and my decorating skills consisted of having a tv on every wall. She was able to help me stage it properly, give recommendations on what could add value to my house if I chose to upgrade certain areas. My property was on a contingency on the sell/buy. Heather always responded to any questions/concerns I had immediately. I was able with Heather's due diligence to close both transactions on the same day. Thank you so much Heather.
