Tracey is very knowledgeable with real estate. But since I'm elderly and was not familiar with DocuSign, at times I was very frustrated and I needed her to be there to help me with it and she wasn't. needs to show more personal interest in her clients but as far as her abilities and being smart, she is 100% there.
