Ramona had 21 new listings and 13 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 33—up 13.79% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 33 active listings, 57.58% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Ramona grew 10.0% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $869,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 35 days, compared to 23 days in October 2024.
