Having lived in (or near) Goodrich for more than 30 years, and being a Goodrich Grad, and having 2 children that are Goodrich Grads, Tracy is very familar with the area and what it has to offer.

After leaving teaching in 2014 to take over the management of the plumbing & heating company founded with her husband. Tracy decided she needed to use her love of teaching and helping others in a way that wouldn’t interfere with her ability to manage the business. After considering options and exploring possibilities, in 2021 she earned her real estate license and began her real estate business.

When attention to detail, honest consistent communication, and strong negotiations are needed, you’ll get all that, and more with her as your partner, working for you, to sell or purchase a home, or investment property.

She runs her real estate business on the premise of giving back, she allocates a portion of her income to go directly into supportin
