Travis was incredibly helpful to us when we moved to town. We were looking for a new house to rent, and had up until then been working with another broker who kept on bringing us to areas that we'd told her we didn't want to see. So we began just going to open houses on our own and at one of them, Travis was there showing the house. We immediately hit it off, we felt he "got" us, we told him what we liked (and disliked) and he sent us listings that all matched our preferences. After having helped us get into our first house, it turned out that first house had significant structural issues, so the owner of that house let us out of that lease, and of course we called on Travis to help us get out of that lease cleanly and then into our new house without a hitch. We always felt that he was on our team throughout the process and have called on him since for some advice here and there. Most importantly, Travis is a GOOD guy. You can't always count on him!
