We were out of state buyers and doing most of the purchase and dealings with the builder/seller virtually. Trenille Young was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She did what ever was needed to get accomplished to satisfy our concerns or wishes. Her communications with us through out the process was excellent. The whole process took close to a year from offer to close. She was always on top of what was happening and if she didn’t have an answer, she got one.

Trenille was amazing! She was invaluable and made the process a breeze! We thought it was going to be a headache to negotiate everything from out of state but it Trenille made it feel easy! She never made any request seem like too much and I would recommend her to everyone!
