Wade made it so easy to sell our house. It was a very scary thing for us but he walked us through every step with professionally planned out steps. Advertising was above expectations. Communication was instant as we had a lot of questions in selling our family home. He went out of his way too expedite timely documents. Honesty and reputable advise. Wade went out of his way to help us purchase this property. He arranged the building inspection, followed up with the seller on questions that we had about the well and was able to work with local contractors on fixing issues that we found in the attic while we were out of the country.
