Sold a Single Family home in 2025 in East augusta, Augusta, GA.
Wendy Powell is an angel sent from Heaven who just so happens to be a pretty good real estate agent. Every obstacle that could possibly hinder the sale of our property reared it's ugly head. She remained poised and optimistic even when we were close to losing hope. She referred us to the law office of Klosinski Overstreet(Courtney)who went above and beyond professionally and personally. We were from another state and decided to move to the Augusta area. Wendy went out of her way to meet with us when we were able to come into town and help us look at houses based on what we wanted. She helped us pick out a great neighborhood and the right house for us. She was especially helpful with negotiating the details with the sellers agent and being available for inspections and things we could not handle from out of town.
