Wyatt was EXTREMELY open with his communications. We had a ton of questions and he answered them all in a timely manner - over email, text, and in person. Even when he would take a couple of days off he always let us know who to contact in the even that something popped up. This was really important because houses in Columbus, OH during 2020 were on the market an average of 4 days total. Wyatt was always open to scheduling around our work schedules which can be very unforgiving at times. During our final walkthrough of the house, I brought my mom because my husband had to work and he was just so great in talking with her and actively listening, truly engaging in the conversation. We never once felt rushed or turned off in our entire 6 month experience.

Wyatt exceeded our expectations. Our home was in contract in about 4 days. He explained his sales plan and was answered all of our questions in a clear and direct way. He made sure to communicate his plan clearly and asked for our feedback with each step to ensure we were apart of the decisions made. We will definitely be recommending him to our family and friends. We would highly recommend Wyatt Petty as a relator, he is just so personable and friendly. Always so patient even when answering my crazy questions or just talking me through the steps of purchasing a home . He took the time to understand the features we wanted and how important that was for us since this would be our forever home, a home that one day our daughter would be able to bring our grandkids to visit. We love our new home and really appreciate Wyatt Petty and everything he did to help us find our forever home.

Wyatt was knowledgable about the market and value of homes in our neighborhood. No matter what time I called he was very quick to get back to us. We listed Our home on Wednesday and had showings on Thursday, by Thursday evening we had a accepted a offer over listing price. We were very nervous about selling our home that we had lived in for over 10 yrs however he made the experience easy peasy lemon squezzy! Sorry you can tell I work with kids all day.
