I'm not sure exactly how Zillow assigns a realtor. We indicated we wanted to look at a property and Wyatt Petty was the guy that showed up. After looking at a few other properties we felt comfortable contracting with him to be our exclusive realtor and have no regrets in doing so. He got us access to properties, was patient and helpful in looking them over, provided important feedback on areas we were unfamiliar with (i.e. foundation stability, etc.) and always got back to us promptly when we forwarded questions. He is very personalble and was pleasant to work with as we proceeded through the home search and eventual purchase. I've got nothing but good things to say about Wyatt. He served us well. I would definitely recommend him.

Wyatt went above and beyond for us. Spent a lot of time without any hesitation in viewing homes, sitting down to discuss anything and everything. This might seem like an excessive amount of "excellent" ratings but it is honest. This is the second time my wife and I have used Wyatt as our realtor and the fourth time overall for my family along with along with a family friend who we referred Wyatt to. We already plan to contact him when we are ready to purchase our next home. His communication with us through the entire process was second to none. He was accessible day and night, weekdays and weekends. It is obviously that he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his clients.

Wyatt made selling my house the easiest and best experience I could ask for. His dedication and attention to detail based on my needs and wants were beyond measure. I will be using him for every house I buy or sell from now on and have advocated for others to use him as well. He went above and beyond in every aspect

First let me say with my anexity I'm surprised I took the leap, but I'm so thankful that I reached out to Wyatt and decided he won't be the realtor I would work with. He cared very much about getting us into the perfect home and gave his honest opinions to details of houses we was touring. Him and his whole team of people from the lenders to the insurance people we're phenomenal!!!! I've highly recommended him to anyone I know who might be on the search and I will continue to always refer him and his team because I know they'll make sure everyone is set up right? Wyatt really went out of his way to stay in contact with us, and give us options. He would answer our questions thoroughly and even put up with my preference to answer/communicate via text. He communicated very quickly and thoroughly with potential buyers, and even used his negotiation skills to help us when we put an offer on the first house. We did not win the bid, but it was because it sold out of our price range; he warned us this would probably be the case, so we were prepared. He listed our house at a perfect price, and we really got a LOT of offers through his advertising, photography, and listing. He's a hard worker, and I don't think I could have asked for better.

Wyatt was the first agent to contact me when I put my name in for an open house on Zillow. I decided to work with him because he didn’t put pressure on me, and this made me feel comfortable, and also because he had worked with first time home buyers regularly so I felt he would be patient with me - as I did not know anything about the process. Finally, Wyatt made the process of home buying personal, not just business, and this was apparent - he wasn’t interested in closing a deal but rather was invested in me being happy with my home. This latter aspect allowed me to trust him.
