Prices have reacted strongly to these conditions, with the typical home value at $339,000 in March after a 25.87 percent rise over the past year and a steep 35.6 percent jump month over month. The median list price reached about $368,108 and is projected to climb to roughly $422,213 in April, while typical values are projected around $383,500, now roughly in line with Madison County’s $342,900.
