The Greater Rochester Area is a wonderful place to live and work, which is why Zachary Hall has chosen to call it home. With roots in Rochester, New York, Zach moved back to the area after living in Denver to pursue selling his investment property and become a licensed Realtor. Real estate is Zach's passion; with a background in buyer's agency, property management, house flipping, wholesaling, and the foreclosure market, it's easy to see why clients turn to him for assistance in buying and selling.

Zach is a member of Ivy House Realty and is excited about helping clients take the next step in their homeownership or investment journey. He was honored with the Rising Star award in October 2024 and wrapped up the year strong by ranking among the Top 100 Realtors in the Greater Rochester Area for 2024 out of over 4,000 qualified agents.

When he's not in the field helping clients, in the office, or on the job site, you’ll often find him spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Marley.
