For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,742,000 in North Tustin for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,788,000 in June.

Panorama Heights had 24 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 17—up 54.55% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.
