Like with everything things come up but she explained everything thoroughly so we understood and we were able to move along well. Nancy Andreason was engaged for the sale of a residential condo in need of significant interior repair and updating. She had excellent knowledge of the area, an impressive & lengthy history of sales, an excellent list of contacts to ready the property, and experience with probate sales. She was on top of everything from start to finish. We were kept fully informed throughout the process. She explained things in appropriate detail. Once decided that our situation would best be facilitated by an “as is” sale, there was very little we had to do. She was familiar with many of those that take interest in “as is” properties. We entered escrow about a week after listing. We were informed of every offer and appreciated her assessment in making our final choice. Escrow was fast and easy.
