As out-of-state owners, we relied on Nancy Andreason for every step of preparing, listing, and selling our Huntington Beach home. Her advice was excellent—she knew exactly what to fix, what to leave alone, and she managed contractors and follow-up right up to the final days, even personally handling unexpected issues. She priced the home perfectly, resulting in a final sale price of more than $100,000 above asking. She also knew which offers were serious, which to pass on, and even guided a brief bidding war. Nancy was a definite blessing. A great find for us, a great match. Point telling us exactly how the market is going. What would be best for us to do for selling. Like with everything things come up but she explained everything thoroughly so we understood and we were able to move along well. Fantastic people that she brought along to help us to do any kind of repairs. Had the right numbers. The right people to do everything that we needed. Was an excellent Plus. It would have taken us so much longer to do if it hadn't been for all the wonderful people she knew and kept everything moving along.
