During the sale we unfortunately learned that there were issues with the condominium complex's HOA which made it extremely difficult for the buyer to obtain a conventional loan which led to several delays and what felt like stalling by the lender.
Nancy always kept me updated and her optimism was reassuring during the delays. Nancy stayed on top of things, she kept close contact with the buyers agent, escrow, and the buyers lender.
