About Peggy Aldinger

I have been selling homes in Orange County for over 20 years. I own my own company with 30 agents. You will be working directly with me. I always put my clients needs first. I’m a tough negotiator and get top dollar for my sellers while getting the best price possible for my buyers.
I rebate 50 percent of my commission to my buyers
I charge 1 percent total All Inclusive Luxury Listing Fee and pay the buyers agent 2 percent so you are only paying 3 percent total fee. I also pay for my sellers escrow fee. I take great pride in making my clients happy and look forward to making your home goals a reality
