For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $547,090 in Perris for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $532,120 in May.

Central Perris had 69 new listings and 60 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 36—down 2.7% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Central Perris fell 2.4% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $549,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
