Didn't want to write a review but I feel very disappointed with Sam. I'm a veteran and was contacted by Sam (veteran too) who explained to me that selling and buying a new property would be a great option at this time. I decided to work with him because I believed on his expertise and because he's a veteran. He advised me to fix few things on my place to sell for a higher price. At the end, we sold it significantly for less. Then we found another place and ended up paying more than the appraisal but was happy with the house; therefore was ok with that. I followed Sam's advise (expended more and earned less) and was crushed to see him literally, after the transaction disappeared.
Literally, the second the selling-buying happened, he disappeared. He claimed to be a great agent who take care of his clients but that was not my case. After the transaction was finalized, Sam stopped all contact with us. Didn't see him again at all. Didn't even get a 99c card in the mail (nothing at all) saying congratulations or thank you!!!! Very disappointing, felt like he didn't care at all. He didn't came to see the place, didn't visit, nothing!! Don't get a Sam for something as significant as to selling or buying a home!! Get someone that at the end of the transaction visits you at home to ensure you're set and happy with your decision. Someone that cares. Not a Sam!!

Sam, is very knowledgeable as it relates to both the VA and conventional home loans. He helped my family and I with the complexities of the VA loan process and explained all of the intricacies of the paperwork. He was always punctual with appointments, as well as correspondence. Additionally, his assistant had great attention to detail and there were no issues. Moreover, he was knowledegable with the home inspection process as well. However, of most importance is that he is a good person and a man of integrity.

We found Sam through Zillow when we were browsing homes and Sam reached out to us right away and was the most responsive and attentive agent that we had met. He showed us over 10 homes and worked with our schedule to show these homes at times most convenient to us. Sam was very patient with us and answered any questions that we had. He was also very knowledgeable on future upgrades and home repair so we also had an idea through him what we could do with these homes in the future. We ended up buying our current home with Sam and he walked us through the entire process and continuously stayed in touch making sure we were okay through figuring out the loan process (first home). Then even after everything was closed and done he still checked in on us to make sure that we were settled in and that there weren't any issues. When something did come up, he arranged to help us in under 2 minutes (amazing). We would recommend Sam to anyone and we will be recommending him to our own parents in their upcoming home search.
