“MY HUSBAND AND I WERE FIRST TIME BUYERS AND WE BOTH DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. ROSA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ON GETTING APPOOINTMENTS SET UP FOR US TO SEE HOUSES. SHE WAS ALSO VERY PUNCTUAL. ROSA DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND COMMUNICATING WITH US ON ANY CHANGES THAT WERE OCCURING ON OUR HOUSE. I BELEIVE SHE DID EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE SELLERS. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN LETTING US KNOW AREAS THAT WERE HIGHER/LOWER IN TAXES, WHICH WAS A BREAK OR MAKE IN OUR CASE.”

“My realtor, Carlos Silva, was great! Not only did he help me with the process of selling my home but when things became rough towards the end he was able to assist in calming the situation. For example, he called a plumber for me and took care of the situation while I was completing my last-minute packing! It was the little things that meant a lot!”
