Mr.Richard was the best at assisting in out home purchase. There was some "bumps in the road" and he was there to navigate us through the issues and things that came up.We appriciate him, his time and efforts with getting us into out 1st home for our growing family.He was easy to get ahold of and was very responsive when he had to get back to us if busy.if your looking for someone that feels like family He is your guy.

Richard was always on top of every request I had, even if I had forgotten it, he reminded me that I thought it important. H followed up with every aspect of my purchasing a new home. He also followed up with what I needed from and wanted from selling my current home.
When I needed additional help from professionals, he was able to find them quickly and of the highest quality available. Loan officers, home inspectors, roofers etc.
Richard made the process of moving a pleasure instead of a hassle.
After the sale, he followed up with advise and followed through with the county permits I had requested prior to the sale.
