They say first impressions are everything and that’s what my family and I got from Richard. I told my wife that I got a good gut feeling when meeting Richard and I was not wrong. Having Richard on your team is a great advantage due to His knowledge of the area and connections with home sellers. What I liked about Richard is the fact that his interest is not for the profit he is going to make but instead he makes sure that he looks out for the best interest of the buyer, to make sure they get the dream home they want. Richard was patient with us even though we saw a lot of homes ,not once did my family and I ever feel like he was rushing us to get into escrow. His organization of lining out homes to show made it easy for us since we had a newborn tagging along. He has great communications skills and makes you feel like family. He makes sure to share pertinent information and does not hide anything from you.
