For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $629,000 in Denver for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $643,500 in May.

Burlington Capitol Hill had 22 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 14—down 17.65% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Burlington Capitol Hill grew 2.71% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $872,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
