Nick did it again! We recently got the itch to move and reached out to Nick. He helped us find an amazing home and navigated the deal perfectly.

He got us under contract for below asking and under what we appraised at (even in this crazy housing market).

When it came time to sell our home, he priced us competitively and the offers rolled in immediately. Nick helped us weigh the pros and cons of each offer and made sure we felt comfortable with our selection. In the end, we got well over asking and the sale went as well as the purchase. Throughout the process, we felt well informed, confident, and comfortable. Nick kept us in the loop throughout and even cracked the whip with the lender when he thought financing was taking longer than expected.

Just an example of how Nick goes the extra mile: when we realized the sellers of our new home did not provide the carbon monoxide detectors that were promised in the contract, not only did he reach out to the seller's agent to make things right, Nick also came over THAT DAY with a detector to make sure we didn't go a night without having our family protected. Simply awesome.

Additionally, when he knew we were busy with our move, Nick even offered to help shovel snow at our previous home that was still under contract after we had a huge blizzard. Amazing gesture.

Nick was the best! He took to me to several houses in the areas I was interested in and that also fit my requirements. He was very knowledgeable on not only the home buying process and all of those details but was also knowledgeable on home construction details as well. So it was like not only having a real estate agent with you but also a home inspector pointing out any issues he saw during our walk through. He is a fun guy to work with! His camaraderie attitude make our life easier to work selling our home! He hires a video expert to make a film showing inside and outside around our home. He works with me on some of the things that needs to be done such new piping, radon requirements and little stuffs! Truly he is a hard working guy!
