July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $1,662,000—down 15.95% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,725,000 in Compo for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,756,500 in August.

Compo-Owenoke Historic District had 17 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—down 18.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
