We sold a home with Judy Michaelis 6 years ago and were so happy with the experience that when we decided to move back to Westport, she was the only person we considered to be our realtor. Judy showed us a lot of houses over an 18 month period and she never pressured us to move ahead if it wasn’t “the right house”. Eventually we ended up finding a great house in the Old Hill section of Westport. Judy gave us phenomenal advice on what to offer for the house as well as coaching us during the negotiations that happened as part of the closing process. Her in-depth knowledge of the Westport market was impressive and very helpful.

If we were to sell our house in the future, I would never consider working with anyone else.
