June’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $220,000—down 39.93% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $700,000 in Washington for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $696,000 in July.

Northeast Boundary had 4 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in June, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—down 18.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in July.

The median listing price for homes in Northeast Boundary fell 12.66% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $272,500. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
