After working with other realtors, Jade brought a different set of skills my family needed to purchase our new home. Jade is very responsive, didn't matter the day or time we contacted her, she was always available. Jade is patient, despite our numerous requests and questions. She is attentive, taking into account our needs. During one of our appointments, she got to the home earlier than we did and quickly realized that it did not have some of what we were looking for. She did a video and saved us that long trip (during a bad weather).
I would recommend Jade, she is knowledgeable in this space and has the right skills to get you into your new home. I don't leave reviews, but this one is worth sharing.
