Crescent Beach had 10 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 70—down 4.11% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
Of those 70 active listings, 28.57% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Crescent Beach grew 25.01% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $687,450. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
