Last week my wife and I closed on a beautiful home in Jacksonville Fl. We are northerns desiring to relocate to Florida. Friends referred us to Katie Jervis of KST Group to help us find a home. Our experience with Katie was outstanding. We described to Katie by phone what we were interested in and what our budget was. We flew down to look at the area and get a feel for what was available. Katie had done such good job of listening to us that of the homes she arranged for us to look at we loved the very first one she showed us. It was exactly what we were looking for and at the right price point. Katie advised us on how we should bid and we were able to buy the home below asking price. She introduced us to a local mortgage company, title company, and various contractors. We closed very quickly and the process was extremely smooth.
