Matt helped me find my first apartment and years later, my first longterm home when I moved to Florida. In each case, he went out of his way (and schedule) to make sure everything went well. In the case of buying our first house, Matt navigated a very strange situation where the deal was stuck in the mud because the bank (owner) did not have the docs they needed. Matt stepped up and coordinated with all groups (incl the city) to resolve the issue. We were able to close the deal and move into the house, which is actually next door to our family! Matt's extra effort was key and I am always appreciative of that!
