For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $310,000 in Lakeland for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $305,000 in October.
Lake Hollingsworth had 21 new listings and 21 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 16—down 20.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
The median listing price for homes in Lake Hollingsworth grew 7.03% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $411,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
