This is the third time i have used valentina Moreno to sell and buy houses,especially since she has knowledge .The first time i sold a house in floreclosure,a Lawyer wnted to charge me $2600 to stop the floreclosure ,She told me not to pay that ,it is a process that takes time and,we can sell the house before the bank repossesses it,that is how it was,she sold the house on time and saved the mony that the lawyer asked for.
She is an excellent negotiador, she managed to get the lender to give the buyer a bigger loan to buy my house,Now i want to buy another house and I will use her for the fourth time to buy another house.

My purchase was made without me being in the state. Valentina Moreno did the leg work of being there for the inspections and taking care of the legal stuff. It was a tough sale because of the huricane that went through just as we wanted to close. Everyone worked together and got it finished before I moved down from Alaska.
