Uleta had 14 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—down 11.76% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
The median listing price for homes in Uleta grew 3.55% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $569,500. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
