Kris was great and helped us with just about every aspect of both our home sale, and our new home purchase. He is very personable and definitely goes 100% all in on selling your home. He also has a great network of contacts in and around South Florida for everything from staging, fixing/contracting, and finance. I would definitely recommend Kris if you are selling or buying a home, especially if you are a hockey fan.

Besides the simple fact that Kris is beyond knowledgeable in this particular field, he made both our selling and buying process smoother than most agents would. He was nothing if not responsive and an overall results chaser/go getter. Problems always arise during contracts but Kris was always quick to hash them out.
