Inventory in Burke County has expanded over the past year, with active listings up more than 30 percent to 62 homes. New listings have risen even faster year over year, more than doubling, which gives buyers more options to consider. Homes are taking a median of 104 days to sell, which is considerably slower than many parts of Georgia, where the state has a higher typical sale price and more balanced 4.6 months of supply.
