West Savannah’s rolling three-month numbers show softer prices than a year ago but a sizable gain over recent quarters. The typical home value is down nearly 5% year over year, while the median list price has slipped by a similar amount. Compared with Savannah overall, prices in West Savannah are lower, with the neighborhood’s typical value well below the city’s roughly $335,000 median sale price.
