I was born and raised in Savannah, GA, a place known for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and vibrant culture. In 2004, I married my husband, and together we are raising two amazing children. My professional journey in real estate began in 2015 when I obtained my real estate license in Alabama. In 2018, I furthered my career by obtaining my broker’s license. Also, that same year, we relocated back to Savannah, GA. In 2019, I became licensed to practice real estate in Georgia and followed that up with a South Carolina license in 2020. This dual licensing has enabled me to serve a broader range of clients and markets, giving me the flexibility to work with buyers and sellers across state lines. I take pride in catering to a diverse clientele, including seasoned investors, first-time homebuyers, and military families relocating to the area. I am a certified mentor with eXp Realty, LLC. I am also Relocation certified, Military Relocation certified, and a member of Distinguished Sales.

Brandy O'Neill was great! From the time I went under contract through design selections, inspections, closing, and even after closing, she was there every step of the way. She attended every meeting with me, providing support and always looking out for my best interests. I greatly appreciated her attention to detail during walkthroughs, often noticing things that I had overlooked. She was also highly professional and an excellent communicator, whether by email, text, or phone call. I am extremely grateful for her assistance and expertise.
