Brandy & Sean O'Neill

I was born and raised in Savannah, GA, a place known for its rich history, beautiful architecture, and vibrant culture. In 2004, I married my husband, and together we are raising two amazing children. My professional journey in real estate began in 2015 when I obtained my real estate license in Alabama. In 2018, I furthered my career by obtaining my broker’s license. Also, that same year, we relocated back to Savannah, GA. In 2019, I became licensed to practice real estate in Georgia and followed that up with a South Carolina license in 2020. This dual licensing has enabled me to serve a broader range of clients and markets, giving me the flexibility to work with buyers and sellers across state lines. I take pride in catering to a diverse clientele, including seasoned investors, first-time homebuyers, and military families relocating to the area. I am a certified mentor with eXp Realty, LLC. I am also Relocation certified, Military Relocation certified, and a member of Distinguished Sales.
