“It was not the time economically to try to sell a lake house. Any potential buyers we did get were a lot of work to try to get to a contract. Dennis and Michelle worked hard for us to get through all of that. We are very happy to have sold the home and with all of their efforts and experience.”
“Instant match of agent and a great fit for us! Giselle was very professional and helpful in guiding us every step of the way. She's prompt with responses and incredibly patient with us with our questions, concerns, and requests. Even after the deal has closed, she still took the time to follow up with us to make sure we are properly settled in.”
“Wendy is a wonderful agent and person. She did everything the way we wanted it and the house had an offer on day 2 or 3. Would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great agent!”
“Very friendly and approachable person. Very easy to work with. Was really invested in the process and treated us with respect. I don't feel like just another client when working with her.”
“It was a great pleasure working with Kelly as she is very helpful, supportive, and caring. She promised to find me a great home and she did. She is so responsive when I contacted her. Kelly made me feel secure throughout my journey to find a house. I highly appreciate her professionalism.”
“Jorrdan was great! He went above and beyond for us! I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home in Northwest Indiana.”
“Our agent was very helpful. He kept us informed every step of the way. I never thought the house would sell during the quarantine, but our agent, Barry, was able to sell our house anyway. Made things go very smooth, easy and fast. Was a great experience.”
“Cari and Geri was great”
“I am a 55 year old business man that has purchased a number of primary and secondary residences. Of all of the realtors, Nicole was clearly the best. She was knowledgable and super responsive at all hours. In fact, I am not sure if she sleeps. Nicole helped me identify the exact right condo based on a number of requirements and then helped me to move quickly to lock it down. I would definitely work with Nicole again.”
“Mary Beth Myers was awesome!!!!”
