As a first time home buyer Barketa took the time to help guide me through the process. She answered any and all questions I had about a property and was very flexible when showing houses with my work schedule. Barketa is great at what she does and would defiently recommend to friends and family!

I can't say enough good things about Barketa! Selling my dad's home from Oklahoma felt impossible, but she was amazing. She knew the Michiana market inside and out, and she was always on top of things. Honestly, she did so much more than I ever expected from a realtor, like dealing with surprise repairs and really going to bat for me.

But more than that, Barketa was just so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. She really cares about her client's, and that meant the world to me.

Barketa was incredible to work with on the sale of my commercial property. She advised me but let me make my own decisions. She was on top of every part of the process. She's a true professional. I can't recommend her enough.

Barketa knew what my family and I needed when it came to selling my fathers home for the estate. I was unable to put my emotions to the side to value this home properly or negotiate the sale myself. I picked the right girl for the job. If I ever find myself in this position again there is no one else I would rather have by my side.

Barketa was amazing! She was available 7 days a week to answer questions or belay any concerns that came up in my over thinking. She was available often to go look at properties. She could readily point out flaws and highlight quality features in the property at each walkthrough. Barketa is very friendly and easy to talk to. She negotiated repairs that needed to be done at the house we were set on and she fought for us when they were taking their time getting repairs done. The signing process on closing day left me with a feeling of confidence and utter delight that we are actually homeowners now!
