Working with Meghan was an absolute pleasure! She was my realtor buying a new home and subsequently selling mine. From start to finish, she guided me through every step of my home buying (and selling) process with honesty, patience, and professionalism. She listened intently to what I was looking for in a home and presented me with just that at every showing and the steps following. She made sure I always knew what to expect and went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Even introduced me to a builder, in the event I couldn't find a previously owned home. Meghan is not only a great communicator, but also incredibly personable and knowledgeable- and she truly cares about her clients; it shows in everything she does. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me find my new home and sell my existing one. An absolutely first-rate realtor, with a tremendous amount of experience. I highly recommend her!

Some things are just serendipitous. I had been looking virtually at homes for a couple of years and had not engaged a realtor as I wasn’t quite ready to buy. Then came an open house I attended. I loved the home and was so excited about the possibility of owning it! Meghan was the listing agent and we talked. She gave me her card and said she has represented buyers and sellers before and was comfortable doing that. It was all meant to be. She was professional, genuine, relatable, responsive and fun to talk with. She represented my interests spectacularly and I got my perfect home less than two months after I first walked through it. I would use Meghan again and would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome realtor!
