Reno County had 60 new listings and 64 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 108—down 0.92% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 108 active listings, 36.11% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Reno County fell 0.0% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $199,900. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
