Hello! My name is Katie Brown. I have been a local Realtor since 2006. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of introducing relocation candidates to a city that I love, worked with buyers to find the home of their dreams, and assisted sellers in making a smooth transition to their next destination. Each morning when I wake up, I never know what “hat” I will get to put on. Somedays, I am a firefighter stomping out the forest fires of a negotiation or a problematic home inspection. Other days, I am a therapist helping overwhelmed individuals who are moving for emotionally driven reasons. Every day, I get to be helpful, be an advocate, be a friend, a problem solver, and a trusted Real Estate Professional. I am a Realtor, a wife, a mother, a Shocker, a volunteer, and a lifelong Kansan. We used Katie Brown for selling our last home she sold it in 5 days for much more than we thought we would get for it. In addition when the inspection came back and had small "to do" items - for example adding dirt around the foundation to make it slope away she actually got a quote and when we approved it got it completed and just billed us at closing! I was so happy that when we were in the middle of moving we didn't have to get into it. We have since referred her too several people who have always been happy. I highly recommend Katie and her team.
