Home prices in South Central Wichita show a mixed pattern in this rolling three-month view, with the typical home value around $119,958 and slightly lower than a year ago, yet up sharply from earlier in the year. Median list prices have climbed about 11% year over year, signaling that sellers are generally asking more than they did last summer.
