Typical home values increased about 3.7% from the prior period to around $311,000, while median list prices edged down slightly. Active listings jumped roughly 32%, and homes sold surged more than 65%, signaling a busier season for both buyers and sellers.

Looking at a year-over-year lens, prices in Southeast Louisville are down compared with the same rolling period last year, with typical home values declining about 9% and list prices off just over 6%. Pending sales, however, are up nearly 14% year over year, suggesting stronger buyer interest despite softer pricing.
