I had no idea how having an accomplished realtor like Steve could really take the headache and hassle out of buying a home. Steve proved to be such an asset that we utilized him to list and sell our home in Frankfort and to purchase a home in Louisville. Steve advised us with staging our Frankfort home to sell. Steve also utilized a top notch photographer who used drone photography for awesome photos of our house where you could literally take a digital tour online. We received multiple offers on the home within days of it being on the market, which saved us the from the dreaded two house payments at once. Finally, when we did find the house in Louisville that was literally everything we wanted and then some, and there were multiple offers on that home, Steve advised us with making the best offer. We ended up getting the house of our dreams, which I am 100 percent certain we wouldn't have received without Steve's insight. I would absolutely recommend Steve Ullum as a realtor.
